Once you have your consignor number, you are ready to start tagging your clothes!

Tagging Instructions:

Use a whole 3 X 5 index card.

Attach card with a safety pin to the upper right corner on the front of the item. (Do not use straight pins.)

Orient the card vertically/up and down. Leave the top half of the card blank; only the safety pin should be placed in this area. During check-out, scissors will cut the cards off below the pin, leaving the top portion of the card and the safety pin in the garment. Follow marking instructions below in order to get full credit for your sale as well as tracking items by your description.

Price items in $.50 increments. (A general rule on pricing is 1/3 of the original price, if the items are in good condition.)

Place ALL of your clothing items on hangers.

All hangers should face LEFT (like a question mark) when viewing the front of the garment.

Secure 2-piece outfits by pinning the pants/skirt to the back of the top of the shirt.

If you want to DONATE items, CIRCLE your consignor number on the item(s) you wish to donate.

Sale items must be clean and in good condition. Please do not send items that are soiled, broken, missing parts, or are out of season. (Chairpersons and club officers reserve the right to refuse any items.)

Safety pin all outfits together and bag multiple piece items together such as socks, bibs etc.

For **large and bagged items, TAPE or PIN your index card to the OUTSIDE of the bag.

**Please notify the MOMs Mart co-chairs if you plan to bring large items (i.e. Pack n' Plays, Strollers, Cribs, High Chairs, Furniture, etc.) so enough space is allocated during set-up of the sale.

HALF PRICE SALE INFORMATION:

During the last hour of the sale on Saturday we will allow items to be sold at 1/2 price. Only prices marked in RED will be reduced. If you wish to let your items sell for 1/2 price, please mark the price in RED. You do not have to retag items to do this. Just simply trace over the price with a red sharpie. ALSO IF YOU WISH TO SELL YOUR ITEMS IN THE 1/2 OFF SALE, THEY MUST BE PRICED IN $0.50 INCREMENTS SO THAT THE MARKDOWN WILL BE SIMPLE.
